Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel a service, you may do so by sending an email or calling our service line within 24 hours of making the payment. Beyond this timeframe, only the embassy fee will be refunded; the service fee and service tax are non-refundable.
Please note refunds for credit card payments are not processed if more than 30 days have passed since the payment date. In such cases, 3A Holidays may, at its discretion, issue a store credit that can be applied to future applications submitted through 3A Holidays.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a service by using the Cancel/Delete function in your account when logged in or by contacting our service line.
Please note: 3A Holidays cannot process refunds for credit card payments older than one month under any circumstances. However, in such cases, 3A Holidays may, at its discretion, issue a store credit that can be applied to future applications submitted through 3A Holidays. Store credits cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or directly to consulates.
Processing time: The visa processing times quoted by 3A Holidays are approximate and based on the processing times provided by consulates under normal circumstances. The processing time begins on the next business day after the complete set of required documents is delivered to 3A Holidays.
Please note that consulates may request additional documents, delay processing, or deny applications at their discretion and without further explanation. 3A Holidays is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or financial losses resulting from the denial or delay in processing. No refunds will be issued for service fees, service taxes, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion thereof due to processing delays or denials.
Fees and Payments: By using our services, you agree that your credit card will be billed immediately upon successful online verification. You also agree to pay all fees and charges associated with any products or services you choose to avail from 3A Holidays or any vendor or service provider through 3A Holidays.
You are responsible for paying all applicable charges related to the purchase of any products or services. Please note that requirements and embassy fees associated with visa processing and other services provided by 3A Holidays are subject to change without prior notice. This includes embassy fees, application forms, and any documentation required for visa issuance.
Shipping: 3A Holidays uses Bluedart for all its shipping requirements unless otherwise instructed by the client. Standard envelopes and packing materials are used for all shipments.
Please note that documents may occasionally be damaged or lost during shipping. 3A Holidays is not responsible for any damage or loss of documents while in the client’s possession or during transit. Clients are strongly encouraged to use shipping services that provide real-time tracking of packages.
3A Holidays is not liable for any errors or failures by shipping companies, including but not limited to late deliveries, inability to track or locate packages, or the loss or damage of packages. Additionally, 3A Holidays does not warrant or guarantee any claims made by shipping companies regarding the quality of service, timely delivery, service availability, or other assurances.
